accessoires -> accessories
boucliers -> shields
unités -> units

have a look at metalplanet.org

Geeze... those French are so far ahead of us... those skins are awesome... well, we really can't compare ourselves... I mean... there's only 3 things French do all day... Make good wine... Make good love... and make good art. Hmmm

On my site there is a tutorial called "Replacing a Skin" You should find that useful. Depending on what you want, "Having Multiple Skins of One Model" may be useful too.

LOL, thanks, basically we weren't able to do such things without people from here explaining tips and showing us the way to go.
You should consider adding DNA from each country to be the perfect modder :p ;)

here is a small translation of the archer fox :

Quote:
Outils nécessaires :
- UMS 3.6 ou supérieur
- Winmpq

Exemple : Units\model\monmodel.mdx

required tools :
UMSWE 3.6 or better
WinMPQ

open UMSWE :
- open the unit editor
- replace the Model field by renardfarche1. This path should be relative to wc3 loadpoint root,
Example : Units\model\mymodel
- Save your map.

open Winmpq :
- open your map
- Drag and drop the mdxs relatives to the model
- At this point, Winmpq will prompt you for a path, you have to put the same path you use in UMSWE
Example : Units\model\
DON'T PUT THE MODEL NAME, ONLY THE RELATIVE PATH

On a side note, be aware that these models are often using multiple skins and mdx (weapons, head, shield, body, etc... ) since we don't have figured out how to create a model using one mdx/skin yet :P
