What event do I need for...

I want it so an action will happen when some one buys a unit from a mercanary camp. What event would I use?

I would use A unit enters region and the condition would be the unit type is = to the hired merc

I want it so when you hire one kind of mercanry out of multiple. And if you hire one, it removes all the other kind. How would I do that?
