Hero Max Level

ok, if you guys played the bonus Orc campaign in the frozen throne expansion you've met rexxar and rhokan...now as you can see they're max level is over 10.....

if I wanted to make a diablo style map, how could I change the hero max level?

Umm, search the forums next time. But anyways. In TFTWE click on Edit Game Constants, i think its under the Advanced tab.
