Warcraft III: Quest of the Earth needs Voice Actors!!!

Ilyaelencala, XX-Daemon-XX, Frostbite, and I, have been working on a campaign. The thread, along with screenshots and work, can be found here.

We need voice actors. This is a Night Elf campaign, so I need mostly NE voices. For each character, I will post a quote, and their description. The characters are as follows:

Myranda Shadowblade. Female Night Elf Assassin. Not high-, but not low- pitched voice, more medium.
'I sense evil and corruption stirring in the forest … dark magics.'

Lelitio. Female Night Elf Ranger. Again, more or less same tone as Myranda.
'We should hurry, if we don't make it by dawn, the fierce sun and harsh wind will render us defenceless to the wild.'

Shen'ju. Male Troll Voodoo Doctor. I really like the person who did the Troll voice in ROK, so if he could try out that would be good. Trollish voice, pretty low tone.
'Find me two plants of Limpweed, the heart of a Centaur and an egg of a Pheonix.'

is this something similar to wha your looking for, for the troll?

Thats pretty good, only 2 problems, easily edited.

1) I can't get it into Warcraft. Comes up with 'does not appear to be a valid sound file', but in Windows media player it plays fine. DO u know y this is?
2) Change the pitch a bit, make it a bit higher. This is easily edited, in Warcraft Sound Editor, but i cant get it into that. Otherwise, pretty good!

The link didn't work, so I had to "Save as".

But it was great! Much better than the most wannabie troll sounds out there!


And I opened the sound with Nero Wave Editor, and tested around with different pitches, and what I concluded was that if you lowered the pitch about 4 semitones, you'd get a nice Dranei voice. And if you highen it, then you get something......unexplainable.

And I saved it as an mp3pro and tried to get it into the WE. It worked.

Yeah, its all good! I'm still working on the script, I'll send you some of the script to work on in the meabn time tho. I found just raising the pitch to 1.10 in the WE SE was fine, made it perfect. U R HIRED.
