COTN Filter

In part 4-2 updated u have a filter thing thats COTN if im not mistaken (I havent watched it lately, maybe im just drunk or something) and it goes to that in cinematic... How do you make a custom one?? What type of a file is it???

It´s something you can skin like any other piece of warcraft, check the tutorials if your intrested. :D

It´s an BLP image, some blizzard specific format, but it can be converted to TGA & back with image extractor 2 & war3 viewer.
