Make Hero lvl Higher

I saw it in an other map , that someone made the hero lvl up to 18. How can i do this ? Can anyone Tell me pls ?

In the TFT World Editor, select Advanced, then Gameplay Constants. Scroll down to H, and edit the "Hero Maximum Level" value to whatever level you want.
