Pirate Rifleman Skin [WIP]

Here is how my Pirate skin for the rifleman is coming so far. Ive encoutered a problem though. For some reason there is blackness sticking off of the side of gun and going into the Pirates beard. Eventually the pirate will be cleanshaven, well atleast wont have much of a beard but anyways does anyone know why this is happening?
So far all I have basically changed is I took the armor off of him gave him dark-blackish pants, and a white shirt. Also for some reason on the inside of his underarms there is a strange stripes thing... you cant see it in this picture but maybe it is from a different part of the skin than the rest of the arms, and it is supposed to look like some sort of strap?

Ok here is a picture of what I was talking about the stripes by the underarms. You can see them on both the rifleman in the foreground and the backround.

I have also discovered a third problem. The eyes are not showing where they are supposed to. Is it possible the alpha got screwed or something?

I didnt intend to post it as a WIP until alot more was done. But i decided to post it because I need help. I need to figure out how to fix all those black things and stuff where they arent supposed to be.

Well I am a moron alright. I just realised the black that I thought was somehow messed up and protruding from the gun... Is supposed to be there... apparantly its the sight or whatever.. still why does it go through his beard?

its not your fault, its ok *pats back* this can be blamed on Blizzard... and their WONDERFUL job at wrapping models like shit

LOL. Ive run into a dead end.... I cant get rid of the cape without model editing, since its the team color and it cannot be alphad out. I even went as so far as replacing the .blp for the team color with a .blp that was transparent LOL but it made the cape solid white. So unless someone wants to model edit and take the cape and hood off... I can finish this. Anyway i started making Admiral Dealin Proudmoore into a pirate captain though. On his shin armor there is a skull on the top part and on the bottom part of it there are white X'es representing all the ships he has sunken.

probably not.... though medivh has a back and he has a big cape. Ususally if a model is missing something, its the top/back of the head and the chin. So remember, if something has a hat/hood/antelope-skull-on-his-head, its best to leave it there cause there is a 99% chance that nothing is under there.

This post was probably mostly pointless babble but since post count doesnt count here... it hardly matters.

The rifleman does have a back! Here is a screenshot I took using warcraft3 viewer, I made it so you its only viwing the mesh that is the head and upper body without arms. As you can see from this angle... there is a back!
