Heroes above level 10

How do I make heros level up above level 10? (example : Tides of Blood) and how do i make abilities levelskip after the hero reaches a level above level 10?

for heroes above level 10 you edit the global constant variables in the advanced tab.

Levelskips for abilities can be edited in the ability editor.
