[Open] Diablo 2 Chat System

Uh, I made this when I was fooling around with the World Editor, it's a pretty simple system, but it's neat.

It takes what you type in and displays it above the Paladin's head. It's a lil' buggy, but it gets the job done...anyone is free to use it or modify it as they please.
