Cool! I found a tutorial! And look! All of the required tools are easy to get! Now I have them all downloaded. I am ready to follow along on the tutorial! Let's see... use the image extractor to extract it as a .tga. *clicks on image extractor*

You need the Visual Basic DLLs, I think.

Forget about War3ImageExtractor, Warcraft III Viewer is better.

Who's tutorials are you using?

Could you tell me what tutorial you're using? It might help me to know what people are using.

Screw google, you don't even need to go off site:

I actually can't find it now, it's the only one that doesn't have photoshop or paint shop pro as a required tool. I'm getting the tryout thing for photoshop now so I probably won't look at that tutorial. I might follow along on another one or TRY to do it by myself.

had he typed "Comdlg32.ocx" into Google he would have known the problem.

I just figured it out 3 days agao and that's what I did when I got the error. Then I downloaded an installer and bang done. probably in the time it took to ask the question.

Google > Wc3campaigns search button.

Or, instead of doing a search at all you could have read the readme.
