Help with spells

How would you do an ability that is like blink but you cast it on the enemy.

Also, what about an ability that is like chain heal or lightning but casts an negative aura or spell on enemies.

And an ability that pulls enemies toward you like a magnet.

Also, I can't think of any good names for these abilities.
They are for a Rouge Wizard who can cast non-elemental spells that deal with the use just pure mana.

So, all I can think of is Mana Jump or Mana Phase.
Chain (Whatever the aura does)
And mabye Mana Pull, lol man these suck.

Are any of these possible.
