Not sure if this is common knowledge or not. But its really cool either way. So I thought I'd share. Step 1: Create a customhero/unit and his/her/it's custom abilities. Step 2: In the object editor tab, under file, choose export all data objects and name/save the file. Step 3: Change the Race to custom in the AI editor, click on the Import custom data and import the saved file from above. Step 4: Save the custom AI after your finished setting it up how you like. Step 5: Go to the import Manager and import your new AI Step 6: Make a trigger: (example) Events Map initialization Conditions Actions AI - Start melee AI script for Player 12 (Brown): war3mapImported\FacelessButcher.ai You should be able to select your AI script under the import for the "Start melee AI script" trigger. Violla. You can know make the computer build and use custom units, hero's and abilites. Enjoy, Method |
