loading screen/race selection

hello all, i've been surfing these forums for a while now and i havent found an answer to what i hope is a very simple dilemma.

how do i lock the player and race etc part of a custom map loading screen. it always seems to say 'random' for the race even after i have set up the races in the WE player properties. I know i must be missing something but i cant figure out what.

I'm not 100% sure about this, but I think you have to open your map, go to Scenario > Forces, then click "Use Custom Forces", then set up your Forces, and click "Fixed Player Settings". That's always worked for me.

Also make sure that under the Player tab, check all the "Fixed Start Location" beside the players that you want locked.
