Skins not showing up in game?

Hmm, I had my skin all on the map and it showed, but when I tested the map the skin was the original.

I'm thinkings its because I just made a folder Textures\(file).blp for my skin...

import the skins into the map using the TFT WE import manager and make sure you change the path of the skin in the map (use the import manager) or it wont show up.
