Finished Grim Reaper skin

Notes

- I originally had an older version of this, which I posted in the "Your favorite skin" thread.
- You may not notice much different between the old and new versions, but there is a few minor enhancements.
- Portions of the face are cloned from the Skeleton Warrior. The actual Skeleton Warrior doesnt wrap around medivh's face very well, so the edges have been edited. See shot;



- The cloak was done with a base texture and then a lot of effects added to it, using PSP effects mostly. (The liquify tool in Photoshop is useful, too.)
- The model has been slightly edited by me in 3ds, to include the Scythe. However, such a minor change does not warrant a post in the Models Gallery forum.

In conclusion, this is not a CnP skin. The only part of it that is is the bit above, referenced, and even that is not pure CnP, as its just a portion.

Consructive criticism and comments are welcome, as always. Flames will be ignored!

Neato :D Did you animate it so he can use the scythe as a weapon, or does it just have the medivh spellcasting animations?

Medivh's attack animation actually swings his staff, so it looks like hes hacking into his opponents. No spellstuff ;)

Oh :D I dunno i never payed that much attention o medivh, other than what he said in the cinematics :D I didnt even really play the campaign either. I just cheated to be invulnerable or to skip scenarios all together, just so I could see the cinematics (game engine ones and amazing other ones) so i could see the storyline :D LOL. Anyway post some pics of him whacking people in the head and stuff. hehe.

Well the second pic shows him killing some people, but I suppose it doesn't really show it well. I suppose I could try attacking someone, then tapping the print screen button and posting the frames :P

BTW, has anyone got any comments about the skin?

I like the skin, cos it's usefull (not just pretty) and origional. I thought maybe it would be better if there was no face (just black or even alpha'd out) but then I thought that it would be to dull, just all black. It looks great as it is
