How do you make parts of a skin transparent using alpha channels? Is it all black? or white or what?! Im skinning a DreadLord and i wanna lose his wings.
If it's not a spot with team color, you make it black on the alpha channel. If it is and you do that, the team color will show there. You have to edit the model to remove team color areas.
