My .wav sounds wont work but....

Some of my .wav sound files dont work but others do. So my question here is.. why? I mean, are there different types of .wav files or something? If so does anyone have a converter to convert them?

Those sounds that dosn't have "3D Sound" checked is the one's that work.

Still doesnt work says format is unknown but yet outside of war 3 it says .wav
