Is there a way to get collision that doesnt treat as an obstacle?

Is there a way to remove collision on a unit so other units going towards it DO NOT treat it like an obstacle?

yeah, set its movement type to flying :P otherwise i have no idea, i dont think there is.

Change it to walkable. Not sure which field has it but you can look at a circle of power. Thay have it.
