Making screen shots and making clips

I don't know if this is the place to ask this question, but if you could answer it it would be appreciated.


I would like to send my freind screen shots of my map, But i don't know how. (answer if you can)

I would also like to send my friend the map (a cinematic)
, but he doesn't have Warcraft 3, and i would like to make the map a "clip" how can i do that? (answer if you can)
