I cant open Wc3_Image_Extractor_II

Ficere	I just cant open Wc3_Image_Extractor_II i keep on gettin errors, the error say {System Error &H8007007E (-2147024770). The specified moudle could not be found.} please help me im goin crazy here...

Shooter02	get the basic vb pack or sumthin. It tells you what you need in the readme. I'm not sure what it is tho.

Starcraftfreak	Just download the runtime packs needed for WinMPQ. That sounds weird, but it works. Anyway, you would need WinMPQ to import your skins (or you can use the WE in TFT, but WinMPQ is very good).

Ficere	I did download the run pack n install it but it still doesnt work???

Starcraftfreak	Did you download all of the required packs for WinMPQ? I can only tell you that Wc3 Image Extractor II worked for me everytime, because I installed WinMPQ before. When I reinstalled my whole system, I tried to find out why. Then I found out that the runtime packs needed for WinMPQ are also needed for WC3 Image Extractor. Can you post a screenshot of your error?
