to tell the truth i have never played any custom singleplayer RPGs just because, well... they suck. Does anyone else feel this? how many people would acually bother to even try out a singleplayer RPG if i made one (that doesn't suck)? pls vote. |

I disagree i think that the online ones suck and the single player ones are the best, online you never get pople who stay to the end, and you get people who spam and hold all the items and attack allies, then once they are sure they have ruined the game completly the leave, and I have yet to come across a online RPG with a decent story. Also online RPG's cant have lots of cool cinimatics because size is limited, then you have to deal with lag etc. There are a few good single player campaigns, although i cant remember their names cause they were all weird, and when your felling all anti social single player RPG's are good :D So yes i wud deffently play ur RPG |

I agree spider queen was pretty cool, the worst official one was ROK that was sooo crap, had no story apart from "orc kill now" |

I do try out single player RGPG's, but I do tend to get bored of them frequently. |

I'll only really play Single Player RPGs if they're great and have heard positive comments about them. Otherwise, I usually don't really play them. |

Multi Player RPGs can be very funny, you just need the right people, for example a real life friend, then it can be really cool. |

Till the end... for sure ... In an RPG its the story that makes it worth playing ... if the story is good ... will play it to the end ... |

I like MMORPG's, but the closest to that is a multiplayer RPG |

I don´t think u can compare such an uber Genre like MMORPG with a custom Multyplayer RPG map for WC3. @ Topic Well, I don´t play Wc3 on the b.net so I´ll stick with every Solo RPG Map or Campaign I can get. |

How can you compare the two? Hundreds, even thousands of people are in MMORPGs, in multiplayer WC3 RPGs, there are about 4-8 players, and usually ones with more players have a much weaker story. Besides, Single player can be better in most cases because you don't have n00bs who loot and steal and attack you, unless you can find some friends to play with, and the storyline isn't too great either. ://// |
