Problem with WE No Limits Patch

Since I have FT my No Limits Patch doesn't work any more.
I downloaded the TFT NO limits for 1.10 and I have 1.10 installed.

but when I start the patch it always says: "WE must be running. Start WE and try again"
NO matter if the editor is running or not.

Any ideas or solutions?
Could the problem be that I use the german version?

Hey, I have the same problem. I also have the german 1.10 installed (lol, I am from Austria too). But I don't think that is the problem, because the EXE file of the WE is in every language version the same.
