this is the way i learned how to skin. it is very easy.even my 10 yaer old brother can learn how to skin NOTE:only for frozen throne...

wc3 image extrator2(dowload section)
warcraft 3 viewer_download section)
photoshop(works best)


.:GETTING STARTED:.
first open warcraft 3 veiwer and hit units and lets say u want a peon go to UNIT>ORCS>PEON and u will see peon.mdx rigth click peon.mdx and click extract(using textures) save it as a .TGA...if done corectly it should of made a folder named units in wc3 directory it should be units/orc/peon and the peon.tga should be there...

.:SKINNING YOUR IMAGE:.
now open photoshop and open ur open ur open.tga file path should be local c drive/programs/wc3/units/orc/peon/peon.tga if done corectly if not read getting started again. now pick the color blue and just color the peons body blue and save it. make sure it saves as a .TGA then it will ask u to select 16bt,24bit, or 32bit select 32 bit. And u will se a buttom below that that says COMPRESS(RDL) DO NOT CLICK THAT. now ur skinned peon should be saved.

.:CONVERTING BACK TO A .BLP
now open image extrator 2 and click file/image and select ur image and then ur blue peon should show up in the top right corner of the screen... if it does that means u did "skinning your image" correctly now save ur image file/save image and save it as .BLP if done correct check it in units/orc/peon/ and it should have peon.TGA and peon.BLP

.:HAVING IT SHOW UP IN WE:.
now open WE and click MODULE>IMPORT MANAGER and open that up then click import and import the newly skinned peon.blp and now place a peon down on the ground and he should appear all BLUE...

Usually, when you make a tutorial, you have actually competed what you're writing about. Tutorials also use proper grammar. Your method is also flawed.

i have did everything exactly as i said and it works for me... but my grammer i was in a hurry cause i had to get off...
