I know this goes against the cardinal rules of of skill making, but is there any possible work around? AFAIK, there is only 1 illusion skill (which also, AFAIK only makes 1 illusion...so much for making a High Templar's hallucination skill in War3). The one I know of is the item skill, so is there no chance of making 2 custom skills that both produce illusions and putting them on 1 hero? |

Wow...I can't believe no one has ANY ideas at all as to how to fix this. Not even with triggers? Come on guys, don't disappoint. |

you can give them different orders... i dunno if that would work tho. but you could always make a dummy skill that would make a unit cat the 2nd skill onto the target. |

Im not entirely sure what you mean. The illusion skill doesn't have a command affiliated with it. It just is. If I make another skill like the illusion skill, it doesn't work unless I assign the illusion skills code, in which case I cannot have both skills active on the same character (if I "learn" the other skill, the icon never appears). I dont know what you mean by "make a unit cat the 2nd skill onto the target". Would you mind going into more detail about how I do this? So far I feel like I'm repeatedly running headfirst into a wall... |

Guest | its a trigger: make a dummy ability then a trigger "if dummy ability is used, go create an invisible dummy unit and let this one cast the spell for you, before it gets deleted" .. |
