i cant get it to lock player 5 to computer!(so a player cant control it)

(iv put player 5 to "computer" not "User", what else do i have to do?)

Yeah, I still run into that problem a lot as well.
It's probably because the Fixed Starting Location boxes imply that one wouldn't need to be checked.
