This is hopefully going to be a feature for wowmod but i am wondering if you can munipulate the patching system for loggin on to bnet to download a patch not from blizzard? so for a signle player mod it can update by loggin on? is this possible?

Yes, it´s possible if you know how tochange the default login address into the one u want and u can provide a stable server to do so.

You would probably need to buy one of those 1000$ servers too! lol.

shit i hope theres a way of just linking to something on a forum like an attached file or maybe somethin on a site.

Look around a little, maybe a SC,D2 (or whatever bnet related game) Mod has that already.

the diea has been scraped becuase the only way to have something like that is to have the user change the resgistries on things and it to much of a hassle.
