I have the computer controlling crypt fiends which regular spawn at set time intervals, and I gave the fiend the web ability I have a trigger which makes the crypt fiends randomly "attack move to" a random point in a region every time it attacks but part of the kick is I want the fiend to autocast web but it doesnt anyway to fix this? |

Guest | check the web ability and kill the "tech requirement field" OR give the computer the WEB upgrade researched... |

web is initial fiend spell..... no tech used to get it fiend has it to begin with |

you still need to take off the upgrade requirement.. because no mater if it is a intial spell it still needs the upgrade. |

the way to enable web is to use the "unit - issue order with no target" action... you'll be able to find the "undead crypt fiend - activate web" option there... not sure of the flow of your spawning, but you'll need to attach it somewhere in your trigger when you've spawn the fiend... btw, do ensure that the web ability is available to the fiend... that, i oways forget... :P well, hope this is still valid for you... :) |
