Are Game Cache triggers disabled on both battle.net and LAN multiplayer?

I want to make a 9 level, 3 player campaign that caches hero data for the next level for all 3 players...
I was told that all the Game Cache triggers are disabled on battle.net... Which is absolutly retarded and considering that thats the only feature way to play warcraft 3 multiplayer with no TCP/IP option, I am kind of SOL... Unless these triggers are enabled in LAN or VPN modes... Does anyone know this?
If not, what alternative 3rd party option do I have to play my campaign since blizzard doesn't seem to support the idea of a multiplayer campaign...

Im fairly sure the reason it is not active on bnet is because it is basically impossible to do and wont work with multiple people. Whether it is LAN on bnet is irrelevant.

That really doesn't answer my question... I don't see how it's impossible...
You and two friends start and finish level 1. you save, quit and return to play level 2 another day with the hero data for players 1-3 cached. Or a "gauntlet" type action rpg
Is it possible on LAN or VPN? I know it isn't on battle.net.

AFAIK they did not even implement any multiplayer game cache feature. I am disappointed that Blizzard didn't do it in TFT and their arguments why they did not do it are rather lame.

So what happens if I make a multiplayer map with the hero cache triggers and loads up a second map upon the first maps completetion and load up the saved hero cache with VPN or LAN connection, will it work there? Or will simply nothing happen? I know it doesn't work on battle.net...
But what about VPN?

As Andy said, there is no multiplayer feature for this. It CAN'T be done because it was never implemented.

Breaths deaply

As has been said multiple times, the cache functions do not work in multiplayer

They do not create a cache, nor do they save into it, nor do they even try to load it

It just does absolutly nothing

There is no way around it, just find another way, or give up

There is no way to do it at all, it wasn't implemented in to Multiplayer, only the Single-player campaigns, it is impossible in Multiplayer no matter what you do.

No it isn't just in single player campaigns... It can also be used in stand a lone maps... I've been doing my own action rpg which is just a bunch of single maps in a directory and the game cache works fine between them.
Thats why I thought it might have worked with LAN if not battle.net
