Need help with setting custom spell picture

I have a map with a few spells that use custom blp for their icons.

For all the spells, the custom icons work fine, except one.

This spell is based off blizzard and although the icon worked when I first added it, after I added a few other spells, the icon became a green box while in game.

Using ANY custom icon with this blizzard spell spinoff results in the green box, even though all the icons work fine with other spells. Only in-game icons work with my blizzard spell.

Is there something I did wrong, or is it a bug?

i'm not sure what would be wrong. i've never added a custom blp. i've addes some mdx's and other files however, and it's usually not a bug. 9/10 times, there's something wrong with my code. either i made some small blunder, or WE and I are misunderstanding each other. keep playing with it. you'll figure it out.
