Norbo's War v2.7 needs to be tested!

I have gotten 2.7 done pretty much and I believe its bug-free.

Except for the server-split.


Anyway, here's the map. Suggestions will be taken into consideration and bugs will be squashed..

..and please, if you notice the reason why it splits, tell me so I can fix it.
