Video MPQ's -> editable form

does anyone know how to convert the files in the movies archive
(such as outrox.mpq) into an editable video format such as wmv or avi or something of that sort? I would TRULY appreciate it
I have tried using winmpq, and it opens war3x.mpq fine, but when i click one of the video mpqs, it says there are no mpq files within it.

They're not MPQ, they're MPEGs or AVIs, I forget.

where are the mpegs or avis?
C:\Program Files\Warcraft III\Movies
thats where i went, and it has all the movies names and the extension on them is mpq but winmpq doesnt extract them =/

Just rename those movies to .AVI and you´re reayd to go. They´re using the DIVX codec, btw.
