In another universe?

If You want vote on the poll (This is my first poll. Don´t think it works).

I voted Lord of the Rings, because it would be easy with the existing wc3 units.

I voted for The Lord of the Rings because you could do it with the existing units and make skins for other ones. And it would be cool.

This is pretty limited, you know...
If you say WC3 cinematic could be done in LotR universe you might as well say that6 WC3 cinematics can be placed in a fantasy universe...


Well, anyway, i would say that WC3 cinematic possibilities can be stretched to fit any of those universes, if you are missing an unit you can just skin one or create one of your own.

Change to fantacy movies

Make up ur own world. It will be a lot better. More original, fun and u dont have to stick to any storyline! I like making one-on-one battle cinematics. here is my last cin, about 5 mins.

Oh, btw, I tried making a viable Star Wars cinematic skit once, but it really never looked right, PLUS I didn't have any spaceships to use lol.

LotR is obviously the easiest choice. Hell, look at DK's CotN to see what all can be done LotR-esque. Your other choices would require heavy modelling to not look like shit.

Not C&C. You chould use Steam Tanks, Gyrocopters, Marines and Orc Juggernauts.

U could just skin them, doesnt take much. And there are no protoss in Warcraft.

How about a one person action with 3 types of things.
