muscle texture .::. need tips on how to make it better

Right, I'm not a good drawer, but I think I've kinda hit the nail on the head with this muscle here. It's for a skin I'm using in my campaign, so please don't nick this

I need suggestions on how to make this better, I wan't to make it look wet.

Take a look (yeah kinda stupid) at those School models where you can see all muscles and organs, etc. Just search Google Images for it. Also remember that muscles have fibers, that can be done with 10% 1px burn and dodge like some lines, but slightly.

Yeah KDE, that's what I did, I based it of the front cover of Lateralis by Tool, cos that has a cross-section of the body. There are fibre-lines on it, it's just if I'd cranked up the burn any more, it would've looked stupid. Any ideas on how to make it look moist?

Try making some little very bright parts, like if the light is reflecting on the wet surface.
