1.) Is it possible to make small chunks of wall or a single tree buildable? if so, how can I do it? 2.) How do I change a towers model file, it's not letting me... When I check the model file it says it is using every tower model for that paticular race and all of them are listed that way. How can I make a tower look like a different tower? |

1.Use a farm as base units..Click model file ..click destructibles then select tree 2.Just use another model instead of a tower |

1.) Tried that, didn't work. In destructables I selected both trees and walls and they always appear as invisible when I place them down in the map editor for some reason... 2.) But thats the point they are new towers and I need to change them to different tower graphics. |

2) I'm going to assume that you're talking about the human towers that have several different forms (scout, guard, cannon, arcane) or the undead towers (ziggurat, spirit tower, nerubian tower). It's all one model file, but the different tower appearances are different animations of that file. If you look at the standard human towers, under "Art - Required Animations" and the other fields near there, the Scout Tower has no values. However, the Guard Tower has "Upgrade, First". This means that it is using the Scout Tower model, but all the animations that it plays have the prefixes "upgrade" and "first". In the same way, the Cannon Tower's values are "Upgrade, Second". It's the same tower, but it's playing a different set of animations. They do this for virtually every structure and unit that upgrade or morph. Check the "Art - Animation" fields and you should be able to figure out what you have to enter to get the result you desire. Hope that was clear. Good luck :infth: |

1.) So what ones do I use then? How do I get it to work? I don't really understand. 2.) So would it be possible to make a cannon tower look like an advanced cold tower? If so, what would I have to do? |

All of the towers used in the campaign TD are separate from the standard human towers. However, both the regular and advanced towers are all different modes of one or two models. To figure this out for yourself, place one of the campaign TD towers on a map (They're in Human under Campaign) and select it. On the left side of the WE is a window which shows the model in its base stand animation. If you scroll through the arrows, you can see the different animations that it uses for different models. Alternatively, you can look in the Object Editor at one of the campaign TD towers (in your case, the advanced cold tower) and duplicate its model and "Art - Required Animation" fields to your desired tower. |
