Spell breaker

Im skinning the spell breaker, and need to get rid of that bottom middle part of his cloak, when i alpha it, it just turns into the pure team colour. Am i doing something wrong, or is it just not going to work? heres a picture of the part I'm talking about

Guess there is team color under the skin of that place then.
Tell me, when you look at that part of him with UNMODIFIED alpha channels, does it look alphaed or not, if it looks partially alphaed i am afraid there is little you can do by the means of skinning.
Alphaing it more at that place would only cause the amount of team color visible to expand. :bgrun:

actually, that part does have some team colour. I'll see if femoving it helps.

Yaa, just some model editing and it should be fine...
