When there is an editor that will work for TFT to enlarge maps, I am going to make an RPG. An Open RPG. People can get armies and stuff. What will make this rpg special, is that it will have Anti-Backstab. But I'm wondering how to incorperate this into my map. Can anyone give me any ideas? I thinking that if someone is unallied you they will get the option to be kicked or something because they backstabbed. Unfortunately, if I know all the little kids on battle.net, they will try to use it improperly, they will try to boot anyone who they don't like, which is what I want to prevent. I want to boot backstabbers, but make it so it can't be abused by immature cocksuckers. Can anyone give me some ideas on how to make it so it cant be abused? |

ok set it so that the heros are undead or something then set the heros not able to do attack undead (make sure that nothing else is undead) very simple |

simply remove the "friend" from the target box in the unit editor. |

That doesnt work. When you remove the "friend" part you can still attack your ally, I think its a bug. To stop allies from attacking eachother, simply use this trigger: Events : Unit - A unit Is attacked Conditionss : ((Owner of (Attacking unit)) is an ally of (Owner of (Attacked unit))) Equal to True Actions : Unit - Order (Attacking unit) to Stop It works perfectly, because the unit doesnt even hit it before he stops... Also, to prevent spells from killing your allies, just check off the friendly button on "targets allowed" attribute. It works for spells, but for some reason, it doesn't work for attack... Anways, I hope this helped.. |

Uhh listen buddy, thats is EXACTLY what I did... The ONLY thing checked off was enemy... and I can still attack my allies! Its a bug... You people really need to TRY it before assuming your smarter than someone else.... jeez ;) |

Earth-Fury seems to know his shit all the time so I would listen to him and everything he says, he really doesn't assume too much.. But that's just my opinion... Actually.. Just listen to what Earth-Fury stated... It actually does work because it's what I've been using for the past month now.. |

It is definitely possible to simply make units unable to attack allies. I've seen a map in which you required ammo and once you ran out all enemies would be classified as allies (making you unable to attack them in any way) until you got more ammo. |

wat i think is u should allow backstabbing to occur...its open rpg i mean..this makes players more cautious about which allies to pick and such |

Wow, playamarz, you must have not been paying attention to E-F's posts when he started here. He was almost dependably wildly inaccurate. No offense, E-F. You've shaped up.:thrust: |
