Increasing hero point value

What action would I use to increase the point value of a hero everytime he gains a level? I've looked through the actions list but can't seem to figure it out, if it is even possible. Any help would be appreciated, thank you.

praise God, there actually is one. unfortunately u can only increase the point value of a unit type and not a specific unit. it's in common.j so ud have to access it via jass script. if u need to find it, extract common.j using winmpq. open it with notepad. press control f. type in pointvalue. it should be the third one down.

wat exactly is point value used for? i use it for a plethora of things, none of which i think is it's actual intended use.
