how to incress the max hero level

Zanna	I'v been trying to get the max hero levels to go higher than 10. Is there anyone who knows how to do this? It'd help me alot with a map I'm makeing.

Plasma[Blade]	If you have TFT: Advanced > Gameplay Constants > Hero Maximum Level If you have RoC: Can't help you there...
