TFT World Editor Bug?

Mock	In the TFT world editor i keep getting this bug or whatever. Im trying to make water elemental go to lvl 6. I got lvl 4 working fine but 5 and 6 wont work at all i changed all the values to check. The water elemental wont summon it shows the mage's animation but no water elemental shows. Is this a bug?? How can i fix it? I'm using 1.11 TFT also.

Vilex	try to make a new unit based off of water element and then try to use that water element

Vilex	to a custom spell base it off of water element am sure that should work:D
