Special Effects Small probably stupid Question

I found some skins and i would like to add them to my map...

i made just skins of like new weapons that im hoping you can use the special effects to your units without converting the entire unit.. so you can use the skin you imported and use special effects to add to as many units as you want.

I see only special effects on unit and over head... is there one where i can put on the hands?
