I'm making a custom spellcaster for a map I'm making, and I'm having a little trouble... My unit is called a "Mur'gul Streamcaster", and basically he casts "stream-like" spells (things that look like healing waves, destroyer's attack, spirt tower attack,). He'll have 3 spells (Stream of Abolishing magic, Stream of Annihilation, Stream of Healing) and he'll learn them through training (much like the game's spellcasters). A.) Stream of Abolishing Magic is basically Abolish Magic, but that it has to go through the stream projectile. I've added all in the art data into the object editor to create the stream-like projectile, but it's not working, and just giving me Abolish Magic. Anyway I can work around this? B.) I'm also having trouble creating his adept/master training. While his Adept Training can enable Stream of Annihilation perfectly, Master Training won't seem to enable Stream of Healing. I've tried messing with the "levels" and the game says that it needs Master Training, sending him to master training won't seem to do it. C.) Also, I want all 3 spells to be autocast, but unfortinutely at the moment, I can set all 3 spells with autocast. I only want 1 spell at a time to be autocast. Preferably, I'd like to be able to fix these problems within the object editor, and not go through all the mpq stuff. If I can't fix these problems through the object editor though, I will go through the mpq. I thank everybody in advance here for helping me. :) |
