well is there anyway to have a building require mana and have a build time if not i am just going to make it summon |

I don't really understand what your point is, but if you want to edit the item abilities that create buildings, try changing the "mana cost" and "duration-normal" fields in the ability editor. If it fails, summoning an invulnerable & spell immune & invisible (also no model would be better) builder and order him to build the building you want (issue the building unit code for that).
