Slight problem with ability editor

Some of the abilities, when copied and pasted, result in versions of the exact same skills but with the "Data -" sections missing and uneditable on the CnP version.
Only seems to affect a few of them, but some of those i want to use... here's a short list of which ones i've seen:

Cargo Hold (Goblin Zeppelin)
Cargo Hold (Ship)
Cargo Hold (Meat Wagon)
Glyph of Fortification [rune of fortification]
Glyph of Fortification [rune of ultravision]
Healing Salve
Scroll of Regeneration

And probably a could more i missed. I had to result to editing the abilities themselves, but that can't go on forever. What if I want more than 2 sizes of Cargo Hold, for example?
Anybody else experienced this, or better, found a fix?

I have experienced this problem with the Hippogryph coupling abilities.

I think they are unalterable abilities as far as that data is concerned. They only want you to be able to set one set of units (in the hippogryph example).
