Stupid Level 5 Spells

Does anyone know how to fix the spell bug where when you gain a skill to level 5 it doesn't end up working. I've found ways around it but I want something shorter and simpler.

It seems to be around the summon ability spells. It wont let me summon anything at level 5 unless i change how much it summons. I've fixed by making triggers and stuff but its so annoying. ANyone got the solution?

Yeah, this is such a f*****g annoying problem. Don't think theres a way around it except by using triggers. Guess the bug is hardcoded into the game.

Well, I'm trying to remember exactly how it works.

Yes, it's a bug. However, if you change all the default values to something else, it should work. The game doesn't correctly read the defaults past level 4.
So, if it's a 10.00 second duration and you want that, change it to 10.01, for example.

yup like panto said.. any level past 3 you will have to change any default data of the spell.. you would not have to chage the 0.00 data but the data that does have numbers... just change the things you dont want to change 10.00 to like 10.01 which is nothing..

I know about that but its kinda tuff to change number of summons because you cant anyways. =P

u dont have to edit summon number of units.. but you have to make a new unit that the other levels summon.. lets see.. like a bear...

you will have to make a custom bear for level 4,5, thats what i did and works fine=)

and jsut give it a name like bear (Level 4)

All my summon unit are different and etc but when i change amount and stuff it works. So i just make a trigger which i hate doing because you havta do it for all of me. But o well, no one knows everything about the WE bugs =(*** >.<
