Need map

I love to make triggers units etc. but i dont have enouht patiens to make the terrain. I need someone to make terrain for a 195x195 size map or so. i dont care what kind of terrain you use. The map is for some sort of aos. Plz reply if your interrested youre name will be on the loading screen.:ggani:

LoL, your funny. Sorry, but you can't just ask somenoe to make terrain unless their a direct part of the team. I don't know how you can't see that people just don't waste their time making a whole map for you, someone who can't really spell correctly, has sloppy grammar, and the only reward is a name on the loading screen. You think anyone looks at the authors name? No. They don't. If you have patience for triggering (at least GOOD triggers), you will definitly have patience for terrain.

I already finished most Units,their Spells, made Triggers for Abilities and to prevent the player from getting a certain item etc..,but all the Terrain I have so far is a little beach with lotsa doodads and no idea how to continue :////

Oh well, maybe UMSWE 4.0 will motivate me to make some more Terrain.

Ah yes Nimar, take a piece of paper and a pencil and sit some where, where you feel comfortable (infront of the TV or in the garden whatever) I try this every now and then to draw a little picture of the map I want to create. Really helped sometimes :D

no, its just im fed up of people like him who cant be bothered to work on their own maps properly and expect others to voluteer.

A lot of people expect others to volunteer. It's just that this guy was only offering to put their name on a loading screen. I mean, for a role that big, you should become co-creator of the map! :foot:

Thank you, someone finnally appreciates my cruel lashing out at people. It makes me feel better and ruins the other guys day, preventing him from making another maul. Such a worthwhile post.

And you think that the author's name goes somewhere other than the loading screen? I'm not exactly seeing where your issue is him with sticking your name on a loading screen saying you did the terrain...

Because terrain is a huge part of the map, and it should say that he is part author, IMO. And also, the author can claim the map as theirs while the terrainer just says he did the terrain.

I am a terrainer and I think terraining is easy shit, just takes a good eye to spot laziness.

It sure as hell is easy, but it's not easy to do high quality work.

Bah, High Quality terrain? Please, unless you make the whole map flat and don't add water or a sky, you can't really make low quality terrain. I mean, theres a space between making things realistic and making things scattered everywhere, but thats where your lazy eyes come in. Ok, since I feel like it, my points that I use to determine terrain.

Good terrain has -
-Hilly/Ditchy height
-Water/Streams
-Appropriate sky
-Realistic terrain (rock beneath trees are a no no, leaves below trees are a yes yes)

I would like to give you more for making the terrain, but i dont now what else to give you. Tell and i will give it to you (i wont give you money).

I have considered for a long time to make a homepages for some cool maps. I have not yet figguret out all detailes about the pages but when its done i'll need some map makkers. They will get all the credit for thier maps, and also get their name on the page. And if they want more just tell me.
