I take a file and make it TGA with wc3 viewer, open my adobe photoshop 7.0 then do what I want to the skin. Save it as the name of the file I opened i.e. Furion, I edited the Furion.blp and save it as furion in adobe in a folder i made called wc3 skins, then i open the file in wc3 viewer and convert it back to .Blp then I import it with the TFT import manager and it says - war3mapImported\Furion.BLP as the full path. Then i go to a unit, make its model name war3mapimported\furion.blp and it shows up as a green and black box, then i try to the full path Texture\furion.blp and then make the units model that and it shows up as the regular Furion, wtf am i not doing right? |

You have to import it to the same path that you extracted it from, like Units\NightElf\Furion\Furion.blp. You also don't edit the unit's model path, for that changes the actual model of the unit. |
