Build Advanced - Under "Game Interface"

While browsing through the "Game Interface" in the "Advanced" menu in the world editor, I noticed the Command "Build Advanced". My questions.

1) What ever is this for?
2) Is there a way to use it?

Back in starcraft there were "basic" buildings and "advanced" buildings. I'm guessing that's what that is for -- no idea how to enable it though.
