Transfering unit settings...help!

Ok, I got this to work once but i cant figure out what I did...I wanna take my custom units and plunk em into another map....how do you go about doing this? I don;t wanna have to re-edit units and abilities every time!

Try Object Editor (F6), then choose UNits tab, then click on File
and try the Export Unit Settings?
