Chain lightning over level 4??

No matter what I do, I cannot get chain lightning to hit more than one target when it is level 5 or above. I have checked and rechecked all the fields, but they all seem to be fine to me and I have other simillar spells that work up to level 10.

Is this a known bug? My level 4 lightning works just fine.

When the game read default values over level 4 it believes they are 0, Check the Bounce value for each level none should be in its default value (They should be blue) If they are black replace them so the game will know that they are more than 1.
