New Skill, Help

I'm making a new skill called Ward of Lightning. It uses the infernal skill to summon a ward. The ward it summons is the serpent ward with the earth fury tower model and icon. My problem is, when I summon the ward it starts building it, but I can't edit a build time since this is a ward not a building. Also, it's not even classified as a building. Any help? Suggestions? I would appreciate it. Thanks :D

make the unit that u want to summon out of the model u want to use if it is a building or u will get the first stage of its building and it will stay like that

REMEMEBER that a tower model is everything that model need including its constuction animations
